ITS ROOM SERVICE!™ was established in 2014 as a food and beverage amenity created exclusively for Oakwood Corporate Housing in Toluca Hills, CA. Serving more than 1,500 residents, the service quickly became a hallmark of convenience and hospitality, offering chef-curated menus and seamless delivery long before food delivery apps were commonplace.
Eventually partnered with DoorDash for logistics, ITS ROOM SERVICE!™ operated quietly as a best-kept secret of corporate housing. Its exclusivity meant that only select residents could access the service — a distinction that set it apart from standard dining or delivery options.
In recent years, The Reaux Group acquired ITS ROOM SERVICE!™ and transformed it from a single amenity into The Suite-Life™ bundle — a comprehensive lifestyle solution that now includes groceries, laundry, flowers, pet services, errands, and personalized meal-prep programs.
